This is a new retail/residential building constructed in the West End section of Downtown Dallas.  The building has 204 apartment units and features a low rise design that is modern, yet characterizes some of the charm of the brick buildings in the West End.  Some of the modern aspects of the design are the metal paneled portions of the exterior wall with metal eyebrows across the facade.  Sections of red brick compliment the red brick buildings of the West End.  The complex has a swimming pool and a parking garage in the center of the block.  Units up to three bedrooms are offered.
