This Modern skyscraper sits on a mid block site and features a curtain wall on its north and south sides with no windows on its east and west sides.  It was designed by Dallas architect Dales Y. Foster.  The building is 434 feet tall and has 31 stories.  It is the 26th tallest building in Dallas.  The building is a simple rectangle in plan with entrances on both Pacific and Elm.  The tower rises out of the center of a 5 story base.  Plans are underway to convert this building into residential.
