This Modern skyscraper sits on a mid block site and features a curtain
wall on its north and south sides with no windows on its east and west
sides. It was designed by Dallas architect Dales Y. Foster. The building is 434 feet tall and has 31 stories. It is
the 26th tallest building in Dallas. The building is a simple
rectangle in plan with entrances on both Pacific and Elm. The tower
rises out of the center of a 5 story base. Plans are underway to
convert this building into residential. |
