Lionel Morrison and Corrigan Associates of Dallas were selected to be the architects for this new 24 story building on the northern tip of downtown. The building will also end the axis of Flora Street and is one of the new buildings planned for the Arts District. The building will be 311 feet tall when completed. It will also be the new headquarters for 7-Eleven. It will also contain residential condominiums on the upper floors and retail space on the ground floor.
